How we got here
Latino Servi-Tax started because families in Raleigh were being handed insurance policies and tax returns they could not read, by people who were not going to slow down and explain them.
We built the opposite: an office where the person who quotes your policy is the same person who takes your call when something goes wrong, and where the tax return and the commercial auto policy are handled by people who already know your business.
Today we represent 18 carriers, serve 11 communities across the Triangle, and the majority of our new clients still come from somebody who sent them.

What we hold to
We meet people in their language
Insurance and tax paperwork is hard enough in a first language. Every conversation here happens in English or Spanish, whichever one you actually think in.
We tell you when to stay put
If your current policy is already the best available to you, we say so. A client we did not sell today is a client who trusts us next year.
We grew up with our clients
A lot of the businesses we insure were one person and a truck when we met them. Watching that turn into a payroll is the reason this work is worth doing.
